  2. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Certain items, such as [e.g., custom orders, perishable goods, or sale items], are non-returnable.
  1. Return Process

  • Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. Cancelations
  •     For commissioned items only, you can cancel your request up until you accept the artist’s proposal. You cannot cancel or return your commissioned art once the artist starts working on the piece.

 

  1. Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and specify the product you want in exchange.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  1. Shipping Returns
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
